• iSAtech dispensing systems for electricity and water in 75 apartments.
• Prepaid credit for the billing of water and electricity consumption in the apartment, as well as washing machines and tumble dryers.
• Electricity and water credits are topped up independently via Paypal or by bank transfer.
• Display of current and expected consumption as well as used and available credit via smartphone and website.
• Warning of budget overruns.
• Booking, activation and billing of washing machines and dryers directly via smartphone.
• Configuration: Networked dispensing units in all apartments, central connection to server.
• Networking: iSA bus (wired, RS485) in the building. High reliability and power supply via network.
