iSAtech water GmbH
iSAtech BMS Control Unit Control Unit for Building Networking
The versatile iSAtech BMS control unit can record and control electricity, water, heat consumption, and appliance operating times. It receives budgets, credits, tariffs, configurations, and control data from the iSAtech PayU-Cloud and processes all data locally. This enables accurate billing and stable access to utilities even if the internet connection is interrupted or not continuous.
The control unit is installed on a DIN rail in the sub-distribution board of an apartment and networked with the iSAtech Cable Gateway using robust RS485/Modbus (cable) or LoRaWAN (radio). Various sensors and actuators can be connected for different application scenarios. For automatic or manual supply interruption, either the water meter and valve or the electricity meter and contactor are connected to the control unit. The valve or contactor opens and closes according to credit and tariff. The consumption data is regularly transmitted to the iSAtech PayU-Cloud and the credit balance can be viewed and topped up using a smartphone.
Prepaid or fixed-budget system

Water, electricity, or heat is supplied according to credit balances, budgets, and tariffs. Credit, volume, and time-based tariffs can be selected. Budgets can be provided automatically on an annual, monthly, or daily basis.

If the credit is used up, the supply can be interrupted immediately or after a warning and surpassing a credit line. The interruption can also be triggered remotely and manually by the administration.
