iSAtech water GmbH develops, manufactures, and operates systems for the electronic dispensing, billing, and consumption evaluation of water. Our customers and their individual needs are our top priority. In 2013, our first water kiosks went into operation in Egypt – and they are still running today! This longevity is also reflected in our company history, which began long before the official founding in 2010.

In 1996, iSAtech GmbH GmbH intelligent sensor and actuator technology, the predecessor of iSAtech water was founded. This company developed innovative systems for networked industrial automation, which were later also used in the field of building management systems. Based on these technologies for networked sensor and actuator control, the first water distribution systems were developed in cooperation with Bermad.
The wealth of experience gained during this time builds the foundation of iSAtech water GmbH. From the very beginning, iSAtech has combined practical experience with the highly complex expertise that the founders brought with them as a mathematician and industrial engineer. In addition, the company benefits significantly from the expertise of our employees, who come from various engineering and computer science backgrounds. Many of them started with us as working students and stayed as permanent employees. The long-term training and development of employees has therefore become an important part of our corporate philosophy.

In view of climate change and increasing resource scarcity, we recognized early on that water and water management are gaining importance in a global context and have developed products that can meet these challenges. We have successfully completed a plethora of projects in where water scarcity is already of existential importance, such as India and several countries in Africa. Currently, the demand for water management technologies is also increasing within the EU, as demonstrated by our projects in Greece, especially the aKtIv project in cooperation with the Rheinhessen-Pfalz water supply company and several renowned partner institutions. Over the years, we have continuously developed our products so that they can be increasingly tailored to local conditions and the needs of our customers. This enables our products to offer customized solutions without having to charge prices for individual designs. We see our customers as partners and provide comprehensive advice from the initial contact to the implementation of the project. Reliable, solution-oriented, and with years of experience —this is how we shape sustainable water management.
